'Free as a Bird' Tripod Table Light/Floor Light/Standing Lamp
The design of this upcycled free-standing light echoes the machine age. The addition of the bird suggests a bird cage and its placement outside rather than inside the cage symbolises freedom.
I love the aged galvanised steel tripod with a cast leg bracket - there is something right about it, as they say in the trade. Brass nuts and bolts complement the design.
You can use this light either as a large table light or a floor light.
The tripod can be raised using the integral allen key.
The bulb can be changed by undoing the brass wing nuts; not that you will have to with a bulb life averaging 25,000 hours.
The 'Free as a Bird' Table Light/standard lamp comes with its own unique tag
Complete with low energy E27 LED Filament warm white bulb.
Suggested height: 160cm x 80cm leg width (will go higher if required).
